My Services

I provide compassionate, neurodiversity-affirming support across three core areas.

School Consultation

Collaborative guidance for educators, administrators, and school teams to create inclusive environments where neurodivergent students thrive. I focus on systemic supports, environmental adaptations, and relationship-based practices.

Acceptance & Commitment Therapy for Educator Wellbeing

Teaching is deeply rewarding — and it can also be emotionally demanding. I offer ACT-informed support for teachers and school staff to manage burnout, reconnect with their values, and build sustainable practices that protect both educator wellbeing and student outcomes. Through mindfulness, acceptance, and values-based action, educators learn to navigate stress without losing the purpose that brought them to the classroom.

Parent Support

One-on-one coaching and group support for families seeking a deeper understanding of their child's unique developmental profile. I help parents navigate challenges with empathy, clarity, and evidence-based strategies.

Easing the Mental Load for Parents

Parenting a neurodivergent child often comes with an invisible weight: constant decisions, advocacy, and worry about the future. My ACT-informed parent support helps caregivers notice their experience with compassion, let go of unhelpful self-judgment, and act from their deepest values. The goal is not to fix parents or children, but to build psychological flexibility — so families can respond to hard moments with clarity, connection, and steadiness.

Individualized Treatment

Assessment-driven, one-to-one programming co-developed with the learner. Personalized sessions focus on building functional skills, emotional regulation, self-advocacy, and social-emotional growth while respecting each individual's sensory profile and communication style.
